Members of the Dharma Chakra Centre in Rumtek met with Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang at his official residence, Mintokgang, on the morning of January 17. The delegation extended an invitation to the Chief Minister to attend the Annual Traditional Mahakala Ritual Dance, known as the “Garchen Gutor Chenmo Chaam,” scheduled to take place next month at the Dharma Chakra Centre.
