Sikkim: SMIT employee found dead in hostel room
The individual, identified as Tamang, appears to have died by suicide.
A long-time employee of the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) in Majitar was found dead in a student hostel on the campus yesterday, according to local authorities. The individual, identified as Tamang, appears to have died by suicide.
Tamang had been a part of the SMIT community since 1997, dedicating over two decades of service to the institution.
